NATURAL SUNDAE

Natural Sundae is a company that I'm so excited to introduce to you! This company was created and completely operated by, Sundae Thomas...and yes, her birth name is Sundae! Sundae originally went to university, obtained her education degree, then changed her path and went into Massage Therapy. After learning more and more about aromatherapy and realizing her love for natural, plant based ingredients that make the soul feel good, she started creating her own body products and eventually opened her own business called Natural Sundae!

So what is Natural Sundae all about? Top notch aromatherapy products that are made with pure ingredients that are natural, chemical free, cruelty free, kind to the environment and to our bodies. You'll find salts, sprays, scrubs, soaps, massage oils, facial spritzers, body bars, air fresheners and even natural perfume!

Natural Sundae's great selection of products also come in a variety of uplifting, healing and happy scents that each have specific properties to help cure specific ailments or enhance certain areas of your life. I'm still somewhat new to aromatherapy because my experiences in the past have left me with headaches and an irritated nose. I learned quickly that it definitely depends on who is creating the products and the amount of knowledge they have when it comes to aromatherapy products. I'm happy to report, I've had a great experience with Natural Sundae!

For review, Sundae sent me a generous variety of products so that I could really get a feel for the company. I tried the Sun Scrub, Sun Soap, Sun Spray and Sun on the Run Inhaler in a bunch of different scents to test out!

First, I'll let you in the on Sun Scrubs. These are exfoliating sugar scrubs made with pure cane sugar, essential oils, honey, and what makes them really beautiful is a 10-oil blend that includes olive, jojoba, sunflower, apricot and avocado. Not you're typical olive oil/sugar scrub! I much prefer a sugar scrub over a salt scrub, even for the feet because if you have any nicks or superficial cuts, cracks on your skin a salt scrub hurts like crazy!! Sugar scrubs still give you the exfoliation and moisture you need without the ouch factor of salt. The consistency before you ad a drop of water is quite dry - no runny, oily mix here. You just take a little bit of scrub with a dry hand, wet your other hand and voila you have activated the oils and sugar to do their work. I love it for my hands because even though they're really well moisturized from all the oils, they're not left feeling greasy at all. Something I've never come across in an oil based scrub! The Juniper Berry & Grapefruit is my favorite.

I was so happy to try Natural Sundae Sun Sprays. They're a natural alternative to aerosol and have simple, effective ingredients like distilled water and pure essential oils. Some of my favorite scents are cinnamon and orange. Luckily for me one of the Sun Spray scents is Juicy Orange, Cinnamon, Clove & Nutmeg and I can't get enough of it! It's also a christmas-y scent so I'm really enjoying using it to add to the ambiance around our christmas tree since it's fake {yes, we have our tree up already!}

For $5, I was very impressed with the size of the Peppermint Sun Soap. It's a huge chunk of lovely natural soap that smells amazing, froths up nice and feels great on my skin.
