G KISSR

Oh, Natural Mommies...these are the types of products I love to introduce to you! Girly, glamorous, healthy, natural, organic, fair trade and absolutely FABULOUS!

g Kissr was created by supermom, Mimi Surada. Mimi is an entrepreneur, social maven, reality TV star, professional model and a full-time mom of two small children. As a fashion concious and an earth friendly mama, Mimi couldn't find any natural/eco-friendly products that offered cool and eye catching packages so she decided to launch her very own lip balm collection with a fun name and fabulous flavours. Now eco-friendliness is "fashionable" and is definitely "in" but I don't think it's a trend. With high quality and beautiful products like g Kissr, eco-friendly is here to stay.
g Kissr is an all natural, organic lip balm that is made with an organic hempseed oil base. It's blended with genuinely skin healing and protective ingredients like organic sunflower oil, mango butter, beeswax, jojoba oil, raspberry seed oil {which actually provides UVA and UBV protection!}, vitamin E, rosemary extract and flavour oil.

No petroleum, chemical or alcohol by-products either and the line is cruelty free! Everything is made in a fair trade manufacturing facility in Canada. These lip balms have been featured in tons of Fashion mags, are sold in upscale boutiques and were even selected to be a part of the Genie Gift Collection for this year's Genie Awards event that took place on April 4th in Ottawa, Canada!

There are 6 unique and delicious flavors to choose from:
  • Bali Lemongrass Blast <--The hint of peppermint and ginger really works for a nauseous pregnant tummy!
  • Canadian Maple Fudge
  • Moroccan Spice Tea {my favorite!}
  • Aspen Winter Kiss
  • Jamaican Coconut Pie
  • French Truffle Ice Cream

Each lip balm comes in a cool, reusable, collectible, retro-style slide top tin that will fit into your fashionable smallest clutch or your skinny jean pocket and they're also kid-friendly!!

If you're a lipgloss junkie like me, you know how valuable it is to find a great gloss. I admit, I'm a lipgloss snob. I've been loyal to the same brand and flavor since I was in junior high school! So, let me do a bit of math. Wow. I've been using the same brand for 13 years!!!

It takes a lot to sway me away from my long time fave even if it's just to try something new, I'm always hesitant because a) I have sensitive lips that break out in a bumpy rash if something doesn't agree with them {yea, not so glamorous} and b) it's reeeeeally hard to find a great gloss that does what it says it will so I often don't bother spending $6-$10 on a different brand. But let me tell you - g Kissr sure gave my favorite a run for its money!

After trying all the flavours, I fell in love with Moroccan Spice Tea. It's amazingly smooth, silky, glossy, and most importantly - it lasts! Mimi claims that it lasts longer than just one kiss, so of course hubby and I put it to the test and yep, it lasts through multiple kisses throughout the day! The scent is light but present enough to notice the spicy cinnamon flavor and it's really like no other lip balm I've ever smelled which is what really sets g Kissr apart from the rest. Where else have you seen a lip balm that smells like Moroccan Spice Tea or Jamaican Coconut Pie??

One aspect that I especially like about g Kissr is the adorable little tins they come in. You'd never know what it was until you read the front or open it up. The label is printed directly on the tin so there's no stick-on label that will get grimy looking after being in and out of your purse.

So how would you like to live life a little more gorgeously green?

THE GIVEAWAY: Mimi is generously giving 2 Natural Mommie readers a Kissr Collection Giftset that includes all 6 of her fabulous lipbalms!! {ARV $32.50} There will be one Canadian and one US winner!
